A complete two-room TRX rental unit makeover, transformed from an empty home into a minimal, cosy and classy interior.

Project detail

From an empty unit to a finished rental home, Midas Living carried the interior fit-out through to the appliances over two months. The minimal, clean and classy design centres on the sofa area. Once the agent listed the unit on property platforms, the finished interior stood out and caught attention.
